1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LUMYU website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual products may vary slightly due to the hand-finished nature of our manufacturing process.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed by enquiry: send us your requirements and we will issue a written order confirmation covering pricing, lead time and payment details. We do not collect payment on this website and there is no online checkout. Payment terms are agreed in writing per order, and no payment is due until you have approved that written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Production & Shipping (B2B)

Sample orders are produced in 7-14 business days from confirmed design. Bulk production lead time: 25-40 business days depending on quantity and finish (PVD coating adds ~5 business days). Freight terms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP) are agreed per order. Standard freight transit: 8-12 business days by sea or 5-8 business days by air/express. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Warranty

All LUMYU products are manufactured to premium quality standards, with defects in materials and workmanship covered. This coverage does not apply to damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear, and does not cover colour change or wear of the PVD coating, which is a decorative surface finish rather than a structural part of the piece. Our 316L stainless steel itself does not rust or tarnish. For warranty claims, contact [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and the LUMYU brand — is the property of LUMYU Jewelry Co., Ltd. and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

LUMYU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
